Is my patient data secure?+
Absolutely. Each doctor's data is private and isolated in a central cloud database — no other doctor can ever see it. You can export all of your data any time; it always belongs to you.
Do I need internet to use it?+
You need internet to log in and to sync. After that the app keeps working offline — prescriptions you write are saved locally and upload automatically the moment your connection returns.
How does doctor verification work?+
Each account is tied to one BMDC registration number and is approved by our team before use. This keeps the platform for genuine, registered doctors only — no quacks.
Which devices are supported?+
Any modern web browser, plus dedicated Windows and Mac desktop apps. A single account works on up to 5 devices — for example your chamber PC, home laptop, and phone.
Can my compounder or assistant help?+
Yes. You can create a compounder login that sees only the Serial Queue — they can add and manage patients in the queue, but cannot open your patient records or prescriptions.
What does it cost after the trial?+
Prescripto is ৳300 for 1 month, ৳1,500 for 1 year, or ৳5,000 for 5 years — one-time payments, no auto-renewal. Your 3-day trial is completely free with no card required.
